What wallet software did you use to make this transaction?

The transaction fee is fairly low, only 114 sat/byte. The current recommended transaction fee is 270 sat/byte according to https://bitcoinfees.21.co/.

Unfortunately, because you use blockchain.info's wallet, there is not much you can do except for asking a miner for help and waiting.

It is still not enough. Blockchain.info's fee estimation is horrible so what it recommends is definitely not enough.

According to viabtc you will get a transaction doesn't exist because of the following:

In the following cases, you may be told that your transaction does not exist:
1) Too low fee: We only provide accelerator services for those with at least 0.0001BTC/KB transaction fees;
2) Node reboot: When a Bitcoin node is rebooted, synchronization of transaction data may be delayed. You can try again later;
3) Previous transaction unconfirmed. Your transaction can’t be confirmed if previous transactions connecting to yours are unconfirmed. You’ll need to wait till all previous transactions are confirmed first. You can also use our accelerator to help with that.
We can’t accelerate confirmation of “Double spent” transactions either

I checked it but it seems like its not one of them so it's probably bacause of the dust in your transaction that's why viabtc doesn't work . Dust are really small sized outputs from a transaction . You can check it on blocktrail here:

If you're willing to pay use this service: https://pushtx.btc.com/#/ . I checked your transaction it costs $7.05 which is really high .
Alternatively you can contact a miner like quickseller or macbook-air and offer a bounty of any amount (decent amount)

There are two other transaction accelerators other than ViaBTC you can use to push your transaction:

- https://pushtx.btc.com/#/
- https://www.btcspeedy.com/#accelerator

They ask users for a fee for doing it, but since you are fine with paying even higher tip for help, it should be fine.

http://www.sosobtc.com/ is offering transaction accelerator services too, but they don't have normal website and instead you'll have to contact their service staff, which can be problematic.

Try contacting viabtc and offering to pay them to confirm the transaction. At the bottom of their web page they  say they also offer a paid accelerator service. You have to email support@viabtc.com for it.
