In http://bfl.ptz.ro/ there are "only" $1,644,445 worth of mini-rigs, and surely not all who ordered are listed there.

I think I see where he wants proof that they said they sold one, and he asks where BFL is currently selling one. But I don't see what you are talking about, OP.

I actually agree with you about the 5 GH/s system which is why I ordered one in the first place. I could care less about the power consumption. My 7950 consumes a heck of  alot more. But it just bothers me deeply they claim to be able to deliver something like a 1500 GH/s rig within any reasonable timeframe. I can't understand how they can justify that claim. I didnt see that part on page 4 where josh laughs at the prospect of a court subpoena to hand over documents. Funny thing.... It is illegal to use pre-order money to finance and develop a product. Which I am guessing is what they did. So there you go, Josh, you arrogant piece of shit. There's your grounds for a subpoena. Rather than being an arrogant prick, you should be INCREDIBLY FUCKING GRATEFUL that no-one has filed a lawsuit yet. I am confident that a lawsuit would break BFL, which would mean no more ASICs... Now, If BFL actually had any competition, this would be a GREAT move for said competitor.
