What a fucking scumbag. This is the reason that I could never bring myself to order from this company. I mean, this is the guy in charge. Supposed to have all of the responsibility of the company. And rather than own up to his fuckups and try to fix things, HE TRIES TO FUCKING DENY IT!! I guarantee the motherfucker still has all of the money from the minirig orders in the bank. Jesus... I really cannot get over what a scumbag this guy is! Total piece of shit

In http://bfl.ptz.ro/ there are "only" $1,644,445 worth of mini-rigs, and surely not all who ordered are listed there.
Petty change...

Why the frell so many retards spell "ect" as an abbreviation of "Et Cetera"? "ETC", DAMMIT! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Et_cetera

Its sensible on forums to quote a person that you are criticizing if you don't want their post edited or deleted and you don't want people to wonder what you are talking about.

Anyway which of them is Josh?

INABA is Josh Zerlan of Butterfly Labs.   He likes to post under different names.   Why would someone like to do that?

Can you quote exactly where he says BFL hasn't sold any Mini Rigs? Your link didn't really bring me to anything.

I think I see where he wants proof that they said they sold one, and he asks where BFL is currently selling one. But I don't see what you are talking about, OP.

I actually agree with you about the 5 GH/s system which is why I ordered one in the first place. I could care less about the power consumption. My 7950 consumes a heck of  alot more. But it just bothers me deeply they claim to be able to deliver something like a 1500 GH/s rig within any reasonable timeframe. I can't understand how they can justify that claim. Look at Intel with prescott http://www.theinquirer.net/inquirer/news/1036882/is-intel-prescott-p4-hot-handle

Can you point out where BFL is claiming that?

Again, just another example of why the entire premise for this thread is complete nonsense.  You have done exactly zero due diligence and your claims are either invalid, irrelevant or already resolved.

Yeah, in the thread linked in the post right above this. Sorry... I shouldve thought to give proof. Page 5. I didnt see that part on page 4 where josh laughs at the prospect of a court subpoena to hand over documents. Funny thing.... It is illegal to use pre-order money to finance and develop a product. Which I am guessing is what they did. So there you go, Josh, you arrogant piece of shit. There's your grounds for a subpoena. Rather than being an arrogant prick, you should be INCREDIBLY FUCKING GRATEFUL that no-one has filed a lawsuit yet. I am confident that a lawsuit would break BFL, which would mean no more ASICs... Now, If BFL actually had any competition, this would be a GREAT move for said competitor.
