2017台北世大运昨天举办团体赛事抽签，中国大陆代表队全数不参赛，台湾大专体育总会秘书长曾庆裕表示，“就我上任以来经历过好几次世大运，没碰过这样的事。”
据台湾联合报报道，国际总会执行委员陈太正则表示，根据他的了解，对岸做出的不参赛决定与政治立场无关。他透露：“不参赛是因为大陆全国运动会，全运会对他们教练选手都太重要，跟地方都有签约。”
但过去世大运与大陆全运会时间都差不多在八月左右，这是第一次大陆不给“地主”面子。台北世大运执行长苏丽琼表示，台方在这一、两天才得知对岸退出，“对方用的理由就是全运会。”

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.
