In your print screen it says 0.2 mBTC fee and you have a balance of 13 mBTC which you are trying to withdraw. I think it's the error on your side, why don't you try withdrawing 12.8 mBTC so you can have money to pay the fee of the withdrawal which is 0.2 mBTC. It should work as I don't think a site can scam for 0.01 bitcoin, a website to build cost more than that, especially casino websites.

I think it's the error on your side, why don't you try withdrawing 12.8 mBTC so you can have money to pay the fee of the withdrawal which is 0.2 mBTC.
