Do you deny selling a scamming guide or creating alt accounts to dodge negative trust?

Yes, I did used to sell guides.
But after knowing that such guides aren't allowed to be sold here(when I go tagged without warning).I stopped doing so, I even PM'ed the mod to re-consider his feedback.
So, I created a new account for a fresh start.

Today my trust turned red from that beautiful black.I am a nike gift card dealer and reputation matters a lot.
Seeing that red trust made me furious enough to convert my frustration into ASCII characters.I am a non-native english speaker, but I will try my best to make you understand whatever I know.

I used to own a account on this forum.Using which I used to sell services related to amazon.Just like always, I was open for escrow service and always traded like an honest dealer.
I used to sell guides which talked about the manipulation of refund service of amazon.One day the mods tagged me for providing this service.And I got no warning for selling this stuff.I repeat "I got no warning".
I even sent a PM to the mod asking him to kindly remove his trust, and that I won't sell such guides again.

But he ignored me.So I switched to this account.
Again on this account,  I was always open for escrow service and I always trade like an honest dealer.And I was no longer selling those guides.

Then today, this happened:

Am I really guilty here?
Do I really deserve negative trust?It's like a witch hunt!
I have always been kind to everyone(whos been kind to me).I even donate to charities.

Is this how the world pays you for being kind?

People like lauda and Avirunes makes me wanna believe in nihilism.
Should I stop being good and be like them? Should I give myself to my greed?

It's funny how everything I worked for turned into ashes just for nothing.

I'm not here to defend anyone, my opinion was asked for on this matter, so I will give it. The trust system is a "trust" system, it is not a scammer system. Keep in mind scammers are not to be trusted, so the system is certainly used to identify scammers. You are not someone I can trust because E-whoring and selling ways to defraud anyone is not being on the "good" side, is not "kind", and it is certainly giving in to "greed" on some level.

I do believe in 2nd chances for certain situations but I'd have more respect if you had stayed on your account, paid for your mistakes, and tried to earn a positive reputation with legitimate trading. E-whoring is not a legitimate practice to most people, it's swindling at best, which most people will see as a form of scamming - while you may not be directly scamming people on this forum, your scamming others to make money which makes you a prime suspect to scam here at some point.

There are some people on this forum that want a cleaner forum, less shady activities, and more ethical business practices. At the end of the day, I believe it's better for Bitcoin in general.

Over checking the activites regarding Amazon GC's and accounts from your previous alt. can be found in ebooks provided in other black forums or which you acquired by e-whoring or can be found from dumps or such. I don't find this untrustworthy until you don't place the source of such.
One might get scammed by not knowing the fact of source of such.

Also you recently accepted that you sold one Nike GC without letting him know about source and when he recently asked ,you relate it as unimportant in the thread.

I am good at athletics, so I use it to attract sugar daddies.
And does it even matter?

I personally find it untrustworthy. Others are free to give their thought.

So toolbox  you admit you sold a guide  that allows a person to cheat, defraud ,manipulate Amazon for refunds.

You were punished  and you want me to decide if you are right or wrong.

If you were selling a how to on beating ebay I would say you are guilty.

I would be angry at you and would tag you  with a negative.

I would say all you accounts should be tagged.

Now  I don't sell on Amazon
I also know  a lot about Amazon and   I think  your selling of the guide was a bad idea and action needed to be taken against you.

Should Lauda  been more gentle A warning first.
 should people have talked to you  via pm telling you  it is not legal.

 I had an issue like this with anandtech  back in 2012  I handled the issue via pm  and I am considered a good guy on their site.

Frankly I did far less then  you did and they were harsh with me the bottom line is  the site is their site and the rules are their rules.

I apologized to them  and I have saved the pm discussion on pdf.

So basically I fell on the sword  on a case  were I was not as wrong as you are in this case.   Simple  what you did could cause  amazon to take action against this site.  you got caught  and you did not do what I did 5 years ago you tried to evade.

So I think you should see This apologize and post a signature saying you did wrong and tried  to evade the punishment.

You would be surprised to see that some people would respect that. I would.

I just wanted to know what other trusted member thinks about this.
If this is your judgement then I accept it.And you guys have given pretty good reasons to convince me too.
My thoughts were faded with frustration & anger.So I became biased towards myself and thought that I was right.

As far as "rational thinking" is concerned, it was really nonsensical to appeal to emotion and go against the judgement of someone (with that fallacious way of thinking) who has been here at least 2 times longer than you have and probably has spent more time than hundreds if not thousands of users combined.
