Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Please post the transaction id of the transaction.

The issue is likely due to a low transaction fee or spending from other unconfirmed inputs. Given that you are using blockchain.info's crap software, both possibilities are extremely likely to have happened.

Please read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1914800.0

Same here. Even Viabtc is not working today as too many transaction IDs have been submitted via the website. My two transactions have been rejected as well due to low fee. The number of unconfirmed transactions has increased tremendously (it's 149900 now) means all transactions below 220 sats/byte are going to take days to confirm.

It means that blockchain.info has chosen to forget about your transaction. You should see that your balance is back to where it was before making the transaction. Now you can make the transaction again, but this time, include a higher transaction fee than what blockchain.info is recommending.
