hi,
 im new on this world of mining  Grin an im confusied about wich card give more profit ASUS ROG STRIX GTX1070-8G-GAMING or AMD RX 8gb GAMING and there is any configuration on card i do before start mining "voltage frequency....".

it's your choice if you want to pay more and mine with nvidia or pay less and mine with amd, amd is good on ETH + dual mining and nvidia on lbry and zec, both are the same

when i use Profitability calculator "www.nicehash.com" i see that 1070 give more than 480 but when i search on many forums and i read a difrerent post here i see more people choose AMD RX 480 8 gb for that im confusied

Im pretty new too but im mining on nicehash with 3 amd rx 480, the consensus seems to be amd is more commonly utilized by software developers, where nvidia is slightly more profitable but not necessarily worth paying extra for the card when an amd card will mine almost as fast for less money and less hassle to set up in the mining software. the rx 480 with the most ram and core speed will be the most profitable, i have a strix gaming 480 8gb and and runs wonderfully, i can even still play league of legends while i mine.

the problem in my country i can't find AMD RX 480 i find just 1070 i wanna buy 2 card and i can't buy from other country i have friends out of here but they come in next 4 or 5 month  Sad "i play league of legends too  Grin "

I think Nvidia now is way better than amd 4-5 months later, the gtx 1070 is very good on Zcash, I think it gets about 400-450 sols which is a pretty good hashrate.
