SCAMMED by user pcoin

I was scammed by user Pcoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=846187
I agreed for him to manage my forex account for a fee of 30% from profits, kindly asking him not to take any stupid risks and try to make a smaller but steady profit. He 'assured' me that the account is in good hand and I don`t have to worry. I have deposited 0.1 BTC to my account and gave him the details from the account. After about 1 week he lost all my capital saying 'that it was a mistake and he will refund me the same amount back'

After more than one month I didn`t received any BTC from him. I have left neg feedback on his account but it didn`t bothered him.
Now 2 months from the event some possible customer of him noticed the neg feedback and now when the neg feedback affected him he PM`ed me that he wants to refund me.

I dont know why you targeted me but there should be fairness and Justice because there is nothing like scam here because the op did not give me any money but invested it in the forex trading account that he created by himself.


@ icet208, as i told you in the pm, i would have preferred us settling our dispute rather than coming to the public but since we are here i will have to tell my own version of the story.

The user created a forex trading account which i promised to manage and we agreed on profit sharing ration of 70 - 30 percent, this is a case of loose and the sharing ratio stands in the reverse order, the user demanded an outright payment of 0.1 btc which i do not have at present and i offered him a weekly payment term of 0.01 btc or more on weekly basis until the full money is paid but he refused.

I understand the OP position and the history of our discussion does not show any where that i have been rude to him but he rejected my weekly repayment terms

Well I have been waiting for over 2 months for the refund. You didnt sayed anything until someone noticed your negative trust. Now what it seen that it affects your account you sayed you pay me back starting from yesterday but you didnt. It doesnt work this way and you must suffer the consequences. I was overly patient and reasonable but from what I see you are a typical clearly a scammers.

He have calculated his funds before sending and that will be a typical scam if i fail to pay his clients.
He will send me some of the tokens on monday ans i will send you some also but i will pay you the btc i owe.

What a surprise,  I had already tagged him for being an account dealer.  It never ceases to amaze me how many people I've given negs to for that end up pulling more scammy shit.  OP, sorry for your loss.  Don't trust anybody to trade for you unless they're a licensed broker.

1) Trying to persuade someone to remove the negative or even force them to do so by avoiding repayment otherwise is not the right call.
2) Don't do trading unless you are a professional. The shitcoin markets are much more *generous* than actual and regulated markets.
3) You deserve the negative rating until you repay the whole amount.
4) Why even agree to *cover* a potential loss which you can not possibly cover?

I'm also currently waiting a refund from pcoin.
He started this service: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1842976 and received a payment for 1 month subscription.
After 1 week he disappeared from slack room(though still constantly being online and posting on this forum). After 2 weeks and receiving a bad review he reappeared saying that he was buzy and he is ready to continue his services.
As this was not an appropriate behaviour I requested a refund.
After a week we settled on a half of the initial amount (0.015) because the services were maintained for some time.
He promised to pay me back today.
As of now no payments were received.

I should probably comment too.
He asked me to create a website for him for a certain token, I guess, named Etheriya.
He told me that he got my contacts from the other guy who I created another website.
After the deadline (Friday was his deadline and he contacted me Tuesday), he said that he needs the files and he will send me btc.
I was waiting for the payment, since I sent him the file.
...
My efforts in creating their website was wasted since "the dev" wanted a more professional one. My comment though, in the beginning, you were saying that all is good bla bla bla then you said that the dev doesn't like it. You should have told me earlier that you don't like what I was doing. Sorry, I am not a professional web dev this time, but I asked what you did.

If I even see the website up anywhere, I'd be gladly putting a red trust on your account.
