Hi, I am looking to purchase 3 BTC via paypal.

So far on this site I have taken and repaid one loan:

I am a verified paypal user, will send as gift.  I am willing to pay 3% above last Mtgox trade.

Can provide drivers license, proof of residence at address on ID, message from ebay account with 10 years history and all 100% positive feedback ,etc.

Have you tried to find someone in your area for a face to face exchange?  Cash for BTC works so much better than PP for BTC.

Thanks for the info.  I actually have some money in my paypal account from a few Ebay sales, and am also a bit cash strapped atm, so paypal is by far the easiest way for me to go.
