How do you go about this at the lowest fees? Cheapest way i've seen is converting to bitcoin, opening a euro account and paying 1% fee to withdraw then I'm not sure on converting that to sterling yet.
The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

You need an exchange that will convert whatever coin you are mining into Bitcoin and then (usually) a different, more regulated exchange that will convert Bitcoin into Pounds that you then have transferred to your bank account.  Something like Bittrex or Cyptopia (among others) for the first part and then a site such as Coinbase, Krakken, or Bitstamp for the latter part.

I use Bittrex - currently use Cryptonator to keep most of my Bitcoins that have converted when ZEC was high at £80 and it lets you convert to Euros then withdraw by SEPA to a bank... Just wish there was a way to withdraw in Pounds cause would make things a lot easier

I'm not familiar with banking etc. in the UK and perhaps after "brexit" this article may be less valid, but check the options out here, perhaps one of them would work for you. Smiley

coinbase actually looks very promising as there a GBP address which converts bitcoins to pounds when sent to it

We use Coinbase and it's been good for us. Their support team is quicker (by a crap ton) to answer questions compared to the others we looked into using as well.
