2) Baikal Miner communication SUCKS!!!  You have to wait days to get a reply back from Baikal Miner.

3) Baikal Miner Technical Support SUCKS!!!  If you have any problems with the products, they will not help you on emails.  Instead they will ask you to contact them on Skype.  They will warn you there are many Fake Baikal Miner scammer on Skype.  They will tell you Good luck in finding the right Baikal Miner for help.  And if you get the wrong Baikal Miner and get scam, they will tell you better luck next time!

4) If you are lucky with your order, Baikal Miner will send you a defective product.  This is their scam so they can send you to Skype to scam you for more money by selling you upgrades and steal your money.

this guy even created an ebay sale talking about baikal miner being a scammer
failing to note he is the idiot that sent money to a scammer.  Google black arrow and the
ltc gear scams we have all been there , I lost over 10k on ltc gear missed out on black arrow fortunately
sometime you just have to take responsiblity foe your onw mistskes

i'm waiting for the ones to start that say they've been scammed by knc-miner.com that has been popping up in paid content    ... especially since the original website was kncminer.com

I've been scammd trying to buy a Baikal A900 Giant (from a third party) and lost a few thousand dollars, so I know it hurts.
That said, I've bought a Baikal Cube and a Baikal Cube Quad direct from Baikal in two separate transactions in April, and although the company was a pain to deal with, shipping was blazingly fast, the products are excellent and hash higher than advertised.

IMO, they get plenty of stupid /bs emails, and thats why they delay with replies. I've ordered them 2 times, everything was smooth and perfect, included packacge price declaration.

One miner I received from them had problems with on/off switch. Have sent them a message, never heard back from them. Others work ok though.

There is no doubt - their customer service/communication is really bad.
