i think if we only have small until middle balance of xrp, then its no problem to use a exchange wallet but if we have xrp worth with 1 btc then i think its not safe as exchange could have any problem in any time. so its still good if we can found one xrp offline wallet to save our xrp balance. unfortunately, until now, i am not found xrp wallet and i am not yet trying to safe my xrp balance into github like above me said because my xrp balance is not much.

So when looking through the app store, I can't find any reputable wallets to store Ripple, only shady looking ones with tons of negative ratings from people saying the wallets are stealing their ripple.

Do any of you know of any secure wallets to store it in? For something that's been getting so much hype, I'm having a lot of trouble finding a place to store the things.

LMAO, there is NO SAFE RIPPLE WALLET. You really don't know how the Ripple Consensus Ledger works, do you? Wake the fuck up people!!!!! You are fucking clueless!!!!

On May 5, 2015, FinCEN fined Ripple Labs and XRP II US$700,000 for violation of the Bank Secrecy Act,[31] based on the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network's additions to the act in 2013.[51] Ripple Labs agreed to remedial steps to ensure future compliance, which included an agreement to only transact XRP and "Ripple Trade" activity through registered money services businesses (MSB), among other agreements such as enhancing the Ripple Protocol.[31]
