bitcoin stuck in electreum twice. for 5-6 days now

first time it did the usual "stuck for 3 days on pending" before it cancelled and I got my coin back. then I tried to send it again through electrum and it has been pending for a very long time and doesn't show transaction in block chain. not really sure what to do, I'm a noob at this. I just either want my coin back or I want it to send where its supposed to send.

theres the blockchain number but it will show no transaction. if anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated. <3 really just don't want to lose my money.

Edit: seems to be showing on block chain now but it took about 4 days of saying that blockchain couldn't find a transaction before it finally showed.
