Traits:

1. No responsive website.
2. No forum escrow.
3. They claim to have reached 300+ btc but doesnot show the address.
4. ANN thread is self moderated and crooks are already vouching for them.
5. No LinkedIn profile of developers.
6. Bought forum account, just look at the previous posts and you will find a huge gap...I am sure bitgo scammer's are behind it...They seems to be from Mexico.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=305661

I am sure this ICO will sweep many btcs from innocent forum members.

I would like any good member of forum to investigate on this.

I was supposed to be one of the escrows for this project. As soon as we have mentioned that the funds need to be directly sent to the escrow address(es) instead of being sent to addresses not owned by the escrows and then forwarded to the escrow address, they backed out of the deal. I did not tag them at the time due to potential judgement bias. Other DT members are free to make a call on this and I'll follow.

2. No forum escrow.
I didn't follow up on this; they haven't found other escrows? I hope that the numbers on their website are fake; I don't see why someone would invest a large amount when it doesn't even have the basic protection for investors.

No. Did you even understand what I wrote, because it does not look like you did. Use a Google translator or something.

Tl;dr: They backed out of the escrow deal when I mentioned that the funds need to be in possession of the escrow at all times (no forwarding).

I'm inclined to believe that it is indeed a scam, yes. However, I said that I'm going to wait for another DT member to make a call on this due to potential bias.

I dont think having no escrow for the ICO is something to call the project a scam. Actually, there's a lot of ICO that doesn't use Escrow so why just Ethereum.Link should be targeted.
But I think the ICO address should be shown on public.

Most of those ICO have reputed members associated with project or at least a public address viewable to the public
IMO if project managers would avoid escrow at all cost that should raise a red flag immediately!

Not having escrow doesn't make it absolutely definitely be a scam, but it does mean that everything they say should be deeply questioned.

The obvious avoidance of direct escrow which Lauda pointed out makes it dramatically more likely to be a scam.  Failure to show the ICO address is just yet another sign.

Considering just how easy it is to make an ICO scam, the chances are through the roof.

The project dev team are working relentlessly as far I as know. I have worked for them and they paid me ASAP.
I am waiting to see what other members say on this topic...Even I am shocked to see why only newly created accounts make such threads.

I talked to Steven (marketing director) over Skype regarding this issue and they are saying that they will respond here soon.

Time will say who is scam...
Just wait for them to run away with money... For time being I am locking this thread as I don't want to stay awake to see new reply from alts of the ICO scammer here anymore.
