Sending BTC from my account at BTC-e.com to my account at Mt.Gox

I am new to Bitcoin community and got a question here.

How long on average does it take to send BTC from my account at BTC-e.com to my account at Mt.Gox.

And do I understand correctly that BTC-e.com will charge me 0.01 BTC for such transfer?

From BTCe directly

* Min amount for withdrawal - 0.1 BTC.
* Be patient, transfer of funds will be before the first confirmation.
* Fee for withdrawal is 0.01 BTC.
* Daily limit on withdrawal - 400 BTC.

And should take a few hours to send between one and another, but depends on there site as well.
