bter.com is brand new and unknown, hard to read, with large withdrawal requirements.

cryptonit should not be used due to measures which are a standard for recordkeeping that they simply ignore.. I.E. If they crash they may not know how many coins belong to whom.

Just putting a fair warning out there, search the form for my reasons why

I tested bter with 100FTC, went fairly smooth, processing took long, and you can only withdraw whole BTC's 0.1,0.2,0.3.

Apparently the whole withdrawal number is a limit in the javascript on the page. If you disable javascript in your browser you should be able to use decimal places. I haven't tried to withdraw yet.

Yeah I read that, I'll try it on my next withdraw. my current deposit isn't getting a single confirmation though.
