Does anyone have any advice on the best way to buy items from the US and have them shipped to the UK?

Thanks

The cheapest way BY FAR is to have a US military friend stationed in the UK (Mildenhall, Lakenheath, etc.). Any products purchased in the US are charged local NYC rate and shipped to him in the UK for free...

What do you think about to using carrier company? For example this one: http://www.comgateway.com/ship-to-UK/   I haven't used their service but you can check their trust and give them a try or find a new one. With carrier company, you can get adress in usa and when they receive item, you need to make declaration and than they send item to your UK location. I am very active customer of my favourite carrier company but that won't be usable for you since they ship from usa to my country.

I have been using Viabox for all my shipping needs after being scammed without any help from the courier service provider. They offer free membership and no fees required until shipping is arranged. You can also request for the package to be opened and checked if it is the product you want before shipping. Viabox also shipped in 1 day from USA to SA.
