Cheapest way to transfer from BC exchange to UK bank?

Have a few hundred dollars profit sitting in an exchange from investing when the market dropped a few week ago. Have already bought too many narcotics with it so would like to transfer the rest back to my bank in UK.

Any ideas of the cheapest way of doing this? To put it in I used transferwise.com GBP>EURO>DOLLAR>BITCOIN but doesnt seem go in reverse as they dont accept USD

Any help much appreciated
