If i see it right at the moment it´s a simple waves asset, no need to develop (code) anything. Everyone can do this in half an hour and the Digforgold page is not even https secured...
And then iou1.io; digfor.gold; beachcoin.org all at DreamHost Web Hosting so let me think about it, maybe it`s the same person try to push a coin without any content and go to the next.

But hey, perhaps i am wrong so dev let us see some progress at this project.
