I'm all confused on how to get USD into my BTC-e.com account.  It doesn't seem to accept any method like dwolla.  I can wait, looking for the least amount in fees if possible.  Thanks!

Buy bitcoins somewhere else and sell them there at a loss.

All I know is that I too looked at BTC-E and came to the conclusion it's near impossible to get USD there.

i've used both Dwolla (in the old days) and LiqPay to get USD into BTC-e.  I still recommend bringing BTC into that exchange over anything else.  Even if BTC is lower than other exchanges the LTC/BTC ratio is leaning towards LTC and stays pretty stable.  Sometimes BTC on there is higher than Gox but it's rare and short lived.  I prefer buying BTC on BTC-e because I can cash it out later on Coinbase for profit because it's based on Gox average.
