Yes. According to the border agreement, citizens of Nepal and Bhutan does not need a visa to enter India. They just need to show a government provided ID card at the border check post. The same is applicable to Indian citizens who visit either Nepal or Bhutan.

But most of the time Indians were the one who benefit out of the Nepalese. People from India visit Nepal and do human trafficking. Also this is an openly known scenario to both the government. Immigration control won't be effective, because Nepal is highly dependent on India.

There are a lot of broken families in Nepal, especially in the Hill and Mountain regions. So 12-13 year old girls are sometimes forced to earn a living. These girls are most of the times unaware about the risks from the traffickers and end up as easy targets for the Muslims.

At least within the European Union, the Muslims are many times more likely than the other groups to commit rape. In certain countries such as Sweden and Norway, a majority of the rapists are Muslims, despite them making up for less than 10% of the population.
