Looking at the history of his post, last post  July 19, 2013,
no other visible signs of activity until the day before yesterday, when he flooded a huge spam in  my trust page, I have never interacted with him.

Looks like it is hacked. I checked security log and its one of those accounts that recently "woke up" last May 12 and there's a lot of them who woke up from hibernation from that day. I thought Theymos acted on this accounts and locked them all. Here is where you can find the post of Theymos about it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1913950.msg18996937#msg18996937

Apparently he only "locked" a portion of them. I have not seen any decrease of hacked accounts anywhere to be honest.

I've left them a negative rating. 100% hacked or brought and will be used to either spam or scam.
