There is a glitch in how Trezor determines the amount of fee, and it is causing an extremely high amounts.

Double check everything before sending the transaction.

Is there any way to set custom fees in that portal? Do we have to switch to Electrum or something?

I am not using Trezor, just sharing the news.
But I know that you can use Trezor with many wallets such as Electrum and with those wallets you can in fact set the fee manually.

Wow, what a fee, almost the same for the money to be sent. I wonder how Trezor determines that fee, how did they come to this figure. I also hope there is possibility to customize the amount of fee because this is realy exaggerated and not necessary at all.
But I suggest not to expose your wallet that much.

Thanks for this.  Please let us know when they have it fixed.  From now on I will double check before sending.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

Fee estimation of many services was broken recently. We're rewriting Wallet to use estimate of Core which is more conservative than 21inc.

383 $ ! are you kidding me ! this is a scam from trezor.
BTC suppose to makes the things easy and reduce the fees, otherwise, it's gonna be a coin for criminal people only.

I think you're getting too far ahead of yourself (especially with silly talk of criminals and bitcoin)

It can't be a scam because the fees go to miners, not Trezor.

Take a deep breath and remember that glitches happen and, as the OP has pointed out, Trezor are working on a solution.

This was two months ago and I never even noticed the problem.  OP should lock this thread.
