I've been trying to access my Yobit account since 22nd November 2017 but have been unable to. I was able to access my account and trade prior to this date but all of a sudden my password stopped working and when I try to do 'Forgot your password?', I get an error message 'Temporarily disabled'. I have raised so many tickets and the response has been "your account is active but you can\'t reset password now. try after 3-5 days". When I've waited the 5 days and tried resetting my password, I got the same 'Temporarily disabled' message. I sent them and explained to them, and waiting for their response. I hope Yobit admin could see this thread and unlock my account and send me the password reset email directly to my email.

I heard many people have the same issue with yobit.
Most of trading platforms lack on support, even they earn millions they dont get enough staff to resolve problems on tickets.

They respond me... scams....

"Unfortunately, this is a general error with our exchange , and after we checked we found that your account is was un active for long time so first you need to unfreeze your account by anew deposit of 0.1 BTC then we will send the reset link .
when you are ready our system will link general address by your account and after the deposit received our verification system will track it and fix the error with your account"

I can not enter into the account! password they do not fold! ostensibly the function does not work.
said to wait a few days, well, and as a matter of fact, over these days I will not lose much money. That's the attitude to traders.

At least they gave you a response.

When I still used yobit, I had one of these problems once.

Are you sure that everything in your email is case sensitive? What I found was that unlike other exchanges, yobit seems to be case sensitive when it comes to email as well as passwords. No idea why but it has to be capitalized if you signed up as that.

Try it again with that, if not, then unfortunately you'll have to contact support and seek to reset your password.

It's definitely a scam

I have Pac coins on my account that will be useless by match as they're changing the coins.

Messaged support multiple times and no reason why I'd be suspended. I'm active on bittrex and binance among many other and have never had this bs happen.

Need my coins moved to desktop wallet for updates

No idea why you would expect anything else from yobit. If you were going to use them in the first place, then you should have been prepared for the support to do nothing to help you in anything and basically ignore you 24/7.

They do suspend accounts randomly and apparently have even suspended accounts that have simply called out problems on their chat. That's ridiculous to me at least, because they're the ones in the wrong in the first place.

It's not an exaggeration to call them a scam, at this point.

How long was your account inactive? How long was it since you logged into it?
