I sent 1 BTC from my Ripple wallet to Weexchange a few days ago and it won't process Cry

The transaction in Weex has been marked "processing" for days.

I opened a support ticket 2 days ago, and have yet to receive a response...  Hallo, Weex, are you there? Can you free me up me coin?

Hi nameface,

I apologize for the delay in handling this.
We have had a large backlog of ripple related tickets due to a bug in the ripple daemon.
We are working with the ripple team to try to get it corrected.

Is this also the reason for my delayed AUD deposit?

Eventually I was able to verify my transaction by entering my transaction TXID / Hash within weex in Funds -> Add Funds -> Ripple tab

Hate to revive Zombie threads. For me I am doing a Bitcoin withdrawal. Weexchange replied "cannot connect to 2nd stage server". Now my transaction shows as "Processing".

I did several transactions in and out for a long time now and it is the first time this happens. Hopefully everything is allright?

I just want to know what should I do? Wait? Submit a ticket? send an email? how long should I wait, etc.

Thanks.

Will take me a while to climb up again, But where is a will, there is a way...

For the record, my ticket about a Ripple deposit is still open after 5 months(!).

The transaction can be queried from the public servers easily, though not from weexchange's rippled apparently (I wonder if they ever upgraded?). This means they claim they don't know about my deposit and won't credit it. Probably someone might need to invest an afternoon and look through the incoming transactions and check if they have been credited in the system of weexchange. It seems since 5 months they didn't have the time do do so neither on their own nor when someone writes them a ticket about it.

Good luck in getting any money from them!

Mine is not ripple related and Ukyo is a capable dependable person. I hope for the best but I need urgency Sad

I have the same issue, during withdrawal message about "cannot connect to 2nd stage server" and now (after ~24h ) this transaction shows as "Processing" without bitcoin transaction id.

I have 6 of 9 transactions finished with an error "Could not connect to 2nd stage server" and having status "Processing" since 21th of October.

I had sent mails and created tickets but got no reply.

Does anybody knows any means to push the situation?

Bitfunder ceased operations so you cannot use them there to trade. They are stuck anyway so leaving them there or trying to withdraw them and getting stuck with the same error is basically the same.

Same here for about 12 hours now.  I opened a support ticket right away.  No results yet.
