Anyone know why the blockchain.info stats page shows a difficulty of 9,940,430.26 whereas getdifficulty in bitcoin-qt shows (roughly) 10,076,292.88? The two have always agreed for me in the past.

I always wondered how accurate that page is.  Is it supposed to be real time.....or close???

It's always seemed accurate and updated in real time to me before, not just for the difficulty but also things like the price in USD (which seems to match the Mt. Gox average price). The weird thing is that the difficulty value on that page did increase, but not as much as it appears to have actually increased in the Bitcoin world. Until the last jump in difficulty those numbers matched exactly.
