well I have send my BTC to the user hellscabane and he still didnt pay via Skrill, apparently he scammed me

How much did you get scammed for? I left him a negative trust prior to this message, because it was quite obvious he was trying to scam.

Sorry for your loss, this account was quite obvious but being new I cannot blame you. Always ask somebody very trusted here, post a thread, or simply use escrow to avoid things like this happening again.

well, at the moment when we agreed the exchange for like 0,018 BTC he did not have a bad review yet, bad timing ...

I thought he was trustworthy because of his hero status ...

I asked to revert the transaction, dont know if that is possible via btc ...

BTC cannot be reversed once sent . If you experienced scam then you can open scam report in this section with proof > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

yeah im surprised as well, why scam for so little, however apparently that account got hacked ...
