I tend to believe Tezos is the genuine thing. There is big hedge fund money investing in it already which some skeptics take as a bad thing, but, I see it as good. It's a long term investment I believe as when the blockchain shakeouts happen in the future Tezos may have a good chance of standing.

There are two people behind the project which are well-known. Arthur Breitman and his woman Kathleen.

I can say if tezos is not a scam project but the team has delayed the crowdsale, And the team is feeling confident to put a high cap for the crowdsale.
But tezos has big supporters, which means to invest in the can become a right decision for you. You must take a look at another big project such as Aragon and Gnosis.

The early investors get decent money from there. But you must remember if that's not a scam project, The project building from the expert team.

I think its pretty safe to say that Tezos isnt a scam if Tim Draper is involved. He won't ruin his PR for just a couple million dollars.

I want to invest Tezos but they haven't clarify ICO date yet. I think participation will be very big, maybe bigger than Bancor. There's a big hype about it everywhere. They don't even see the need for bounty campaigns here. They trust their project.

They say on the website that they are not affiliated with the Tezos Foundation. The service is just for people who want to reserve their Tezos now, instead of waiting for the actual crowdsale. Basically, it's an easier way of buying into the ICO if you don't keep up on news. Looks like Ron Gross is running the escrow and they don't get more legit than him.

The Q. is not if its a scam or not. Most people already understand its not a scam. The Q. is is it going to be worth anything. Is it going to improve in value. Ford shares are not a scam, but good luck making your fortune from buying those shares. Are you actually going to get your money back some time in the next couple of years?

Mining BTC is not a scam, but your not going to get your money back faster than if you simply just bought coin. many people lost money mining BTC 2 years ago.

According to this thread, and the comment, they do indeed not have an ico thread. However this was 3 months ago. I might be missing something.

Also, Tezos is POS, which means you can't mine it. You get rewards for the amount of tezos you hold.
