China got the advantage that their Muslims (and Tibetans) are mainly confined to a different geographic area from the core and so don't mix with the Han and the gov't pretty much don't care about human rights and SJWs anyway. None of the neighboring Muslim countries in Central Asia are rich enough to support the Uighurs and the rich gulf states don't see any benefit from interfering there, lest they incur China's wrath (one of their largest oil buyer). It's safe to say that the Chinese gov't have monopoly on violence (which any self-respecting state will try to achieve anyway).

In a complete reversal of what's happening in Europe now, China waged a demographic warfare in annexed territories, flooding Xinjiang and Tibet with Han Chinese. You are forgetting a very important fact on the Chinese Muslims. The largest Muslim ethnic group in China are the Mandarin-speaking Hui, who number around 10.586 million. On the other hand, the Uighurs numbered 10.069 million as per the 2010 census. There are also several other smaller Muslim ethnic groups in China, such as the Kazakhs. Only the Uighurs (or a section of them) remains unassimilated.

Couldn't it be that: In China a rapist is given a death penalty. Capital punishment is given for committing a rape by firing a bullet at the spinal cord, below neck, leading to death. And that's for chinese.

The real difference between china and the west is intellectual. When muslims says that quoran is sacred, arabic was learned, from the first letter to the last. Valid point. In days of old child birth was very dangerous for both the child and the mother. Such practices where the norm in all societies.

Oh, China seem to be doing progress here. Well, at least the Kazakhs are just moving out rather than cause trouble. Did China gave them some sort of offer like "If you really want to move to Kazakhstan, we'll give you so and so and process your papers for you,"?

Sigh, if it's only that easy. I doubt this would happen in Europe, at least not until that shit in North Africa, Syria and Iraq get fixed. Even then, not all of these people would move back to their country. To some living off welfare is definitely more attractive than coming back home to a country undergoing reconstruction at was not generous with welfare to begin with.

In China, the paperwork and the bureaucracy is not a hassle. You don't need to bribe anyone. The government didn't encouraged the emigration of the Kazakhs, but they also didn't tried to prevent it.

When people belonging to a particular religion are committing far more violent crimes than the national average, then we need to study why that is happening, rather than sweeping everything under the carpet.
