As explained here and elsewhere, it is one losing bet per person that gets paid back. you will get the lower of the bet amount and the amount for your account according to the table.

Say your table entry says you are eligible for a 0.001:

a) you post a losing bet of 0.002 -> you get back 0.001
b) you post a losing bet of 0.0005 -> you get back 0.0005
c) you post multiple bets -> we pick the highest and pay that out as in a) or b)
