I think reddit could be a good place to check on the updates and see what is going on with a particular coin, what people are saying about it and what news are circling. From these one could possibly predict the upcoming pumps or dumps.

you will destroy your trading results if you were believe someone else on the trollbox of poloniex because most of them will provide false predictions and my advice to you that do not believe them 100% because sometimes They have bad intentions

Here, mostly on the ANN threads. Also if I'm more particularly interested in the coin I check their slack channels and reddits if there are available. Reddit is most comfortable as any news of an update will be top post and easy to spot.

Picking altcoin that will pump is not about news but about technical analysis about the coin. A trading should watch how the momentum is building up and increase in volume including it capitalization. Always buy coins at it lowest point and sell it when you are comfortable at your current profit level.

I read news and signals from altcointrader.co telegram group. They trade 24/7 so they can give the best signal when to buy and to sell and on which coin it is currently the best to put your money . They are a group of proffessional traders and you can expect their signals to be effective and you can get immidiate profit .

I don't get the news from anywhere, I just invest in altcoin ICO and when they launch and I get my profit, i sell them for the profit, that's all I do.
You shouldn't trust any troll boxes on exchanges, as the name says, they are filled with trolls and nothing else, you can easily be fooled if you start to believe in troll boxes on exchanges.

i actually do, i follow the ANN the ann of each altcoin it's the perfect site to get all the info and known before a pump or a dump can happen, if the dev claim to do something to his altcoin, and add new features, it's guaranteed to have a small pump

Suggesting on listening on any Exchange troll box is really not good knowing from the past its just a place on where all FUDs and shills will be announce mostly here and if you are a newbie you will surely follow and would lost the money you had when you do decide to take action on what they have said and answering OPs question theres no such place on where to know the news regarding pumping of altcoins.

This the best suggestion for OP's question. There is no site releasing news of all altcoin. Coindesk, cointelegraph and other news site are just focus on BTC and other well known alt coin. So the best site to find news from altcoin are their blog website because they are releasing update weekly/monthly.

Generally I read through the forums, usually there is some diamonds in the rough around here. You just have to filter it out. Plenty of people post here so you'll really have to watch out for good opportunities. Aside from that you have to really watch the developments on the coins you are watching.
