Not quite sure what you meant by that, but I think the site is having problems at the moment. I'm getting a blank page on Firefox, and when I tried IE, got a dark error 503 page (service unavailable). They still have lots of bugs to work out, the Google auth thing kinda bugs me as well but as long as my coins are safe, oh well!

You know when you go through the GA login? you get a code that is either an image you scan or that code of letter and numbers. If you have that code use it with THIS client. https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/gauth-authenticator/
Enter code and voila you get the six google digits.

Cryptonit now has the dedicated support team, which quickly assists users via tickets, e-mail, phone concerning all the possible inquiries.

Concerning authenticator in this case we suggest to stick to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.authenticator2

Last but not the least, Cryptonit now has the official announcement thread, so it's better to address all your questions there, not to create multiple threads. Cryptonit.net official thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=735931.0

Kind regards
