Can't find any info on how to transfer bitcoins & altcoins from my Kraken account to a Nano S ledger.

Get an address from your ledger. Withdraw from Kraken and send the Bitcoin to the address.

If you have not made a transaction before I recommend that you transfer a small amount of money before sending all your funds that way if you do a mistake you will only lose a small amount of money.
