Hello, I have two unconfirmed transaction bitcoin. I sent both on 16 May 20:00 and still appear Unconfirmed transaction.

now the blockchain has already many transaction that not confirmed since now at btc.com it has more than 155k tx

Unfortunately the bitcoin network is overloaded and transaction fees required are skyrocketing, your transactions are going to stay unconfirmed until things calm down.
