It was put in the announcement section due to the specific of the topic.
The idea is to build something like a community-based codex for the ICOs practices. This would be the guide for the ICO what to have to lower the risk of fraud.
For example:
- requirement of having a proof of physical existence of the entity that would collect money or declaration of physical founders that will ensure such entity will be established after ICO
- audit of the code of smart contract
Please, give proposals in the topic to make it into a form of a document in some time..
