Yeah man dont know what kind of amount you are looking for but there are plenty of services for depositing fiat and turning into eth at market rate.  Its liquid and big enough where even a large buy wont really move it a tick if you are looking to get a flat rate.

and send it to your wallet
maybe you could earn more,because some country is a low price to buy the ETH
