yes that is right, on one side the users of bitcoin are increasing from time to time and on other time people are becoming more and more confident and they are really increasing the demand of bitcoin which is ultimately causing the increase in the price of bitcoin. i think there are so many other reasons which are also causing the increase in the price of bitcoin.

i think the increase and decrease of the price of bitcoin may also be depending on mining, but it is mainly depending on demand and supply. if the demand of bitcoin is increasing, then supply interrupt and thus the price of bitcoin start increasing, but on other side if the demand of bitcoin is decreasing then mining will continue which will increase the number of bitcoin in the market and therefore the price of bitcoin will also start decreasing.
