btc balance not correct on electrum wallet

So i sent some coin to my electrum wallet today and was confirmed within an hour. After i tried to send some coin from my electrum wallet to a 3rd wallet address it was showing it was waiting on confirmations. I went to work and came back and was still showing my balance with the amount pending in (paranthacies). My laptop restart and when i opened electrum it showed my balance in full. Now on blockchain its showing the transaction still pending with 0 transactions. I cant send the balance in my electrum wallet when i try i get an error about mining fees.

if you are seeing the transaction inside a block explorer and not in your electrum wallet that means the server you are connecting to inside your electrum does not have your transaction, probably because it had low fees.

try changing the server and see if that helps.
