Unconfirmed transaction more than 4 days

But the transaction did not confirm, it for more than 4 days.

It's due to the low fee being used (there's a huge amount of unconfirmed Tx's, and as result, fees have increased significantly)
From time to time, you should use ViaBTC website to accelerate your transaction (use it at every first few minutes of hour reset [default forum time], due to the 100 Tx limits per hour): https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

Update:
Got all three to successfully getting accelerated by ViaBTC (all Tx's will receive a confirmation, whenever they mine the next block)
To keep up, look for blocks found by ViaBTC (same as default forum time), when you see it, your Tx's should have a single confirmation: https://blockchain.info/blocks

You paid 52.083 sat/B that fee,  that is too low and to be honest i not think that this transaction will be confirmed you can try this website to push the transactions : https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/

But if it will not confirm the money will comeback no worries

I tried this tool viabtc but can't get it work. for one of my transactions it says :

Transaction does not exist

and for the other it says

Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later.

What does that mean, both are made via blockchain.info and displayed there

1) transaction does not exist => the viabtc node either didn't receive your transaction, or it was rejected by their node
2) Submissions are beyond limit. => if you read viaBTC's TOS, you'll see that they only accept 100 submissions each hour. The current hour's submission limit was reached... Try again in 14 minutes.

You are a little late on this, you should have checked the transactions first.
They already have 14 confirmations, that's why you cannot find them in the mempool.

Your transaction is using outputs from an unconfirmed transaction... As a matter of fact, if you look at the link i posted ^^ you'll see the list of all transactions that have to be confirmed before yours can be confirmed (they can all be added to the same block though, the only thing is that your transaction cannot be added to a block before the others have).

The problem with such a chain of unconfirmed transactions is that if a node rejects one of the transactions your transaction depends on, or if a node just doesn't receive one of the transactions in the list, or if he receives the transactions in the wrong order, this node will also reject your transaction since it's using the output of the depending transaction...

1. One of my clients claims that the delay of the confirmation was caused by my wallet. I understand that it was due to the fact that he put a fee to send bitcoin too little. Do I understand correctly?

well, if you were the seller, and he was the buyer, this means that he was the sender of the BTC and you were the receiver.
In this case, the answers are as follows:

1) he is wrong, only the sender of the transaction is to blame when the transaction remains unconfirmed for a longer period. It's not the receivers fault, unless the sender and receiver negotiated the specific parameters that were used for creating the transaction... In other words: unless you specifically told him to use a sub-standard fee to send you BTC, it's his fault it took so long

2) as soon as a transaction has a couple of confirmations, it's final, so you should send the good as promised... Unless a certain timeframe for confirmation was agreed upon (for example, if you made a deal that specifically said the transaction has to be confirmed within 2 hours, the sender broke his promise if it took longer. If you did not agreed upon a confirmation deadline, he helt his end of the deal, albeit, it took longer as expected)

You should try to use viabtc exactly after a new hour starts, so exactly at 15:00 or 16:00 or 17:00 or 18:00.
There are other options to speed up your transaction, but they are either expensive or pretty difficult and technical, viabtc is one of the only free and easy tools, but you can only accellerate transactions that have been broadcasted recently, no double spends, no dependance on unconfired transactions, ... If your transaction does not follow this pattern, there's a big chance viabtc won't be able to accept it.

Also, viabtc only accepts 100 transactions/hour...

There is no way for anybody to be sure wethere or not a certain transaction is sitting in viabtc's mempool... It's possible they rejected a perfectly find transaction while at the same time accepting a transaction whose inputs have been used in a double spending transaction.

That being said, both the first and thirth transaction look ok to me, so there's a big chance viabtc will have them in it's mempool, so there's a big chance you can accellerate them if you submit them at exactly the right moment.
The second transaction uses an unconfirmed parent, chances that this transaction is in viabtc's mempool are a little less than the chances for the first and last transaction.

The only advice i can give you is to keep on trying...

So far I had good experience with viabtc but I wonder do they manage to speed up every transaction that meets the criteria or this is not successful method every time. And what is their use and interest in this? Just my thoughts, because so many people rely on them.

I have given 99.256 / kb but then also my all transaction are still unconfirmed for the past 48 hrs, and even tried to use viabtc tool but it is always telling that submission are beyond limit. very bad

You should try on every full hour, like 18:00, 19:00 or so, then you will succed to submit the transaction because it clears every hour. Their limit is only 100 transactions per hour and you have to be very quick because they usualy fill the limit within first 5 minutes. Good luck

That being said, both the first and thirth transaction look ok to me, so there's a big chance viabtc will have them in it's mempool, so there's a big chance you can accellerate them if you submit them at exactly the right moment.

The only advice i can give you is to keep on trying...

He's just asking if his transactions are qualified for viabtc . If you received a success from them it will be included in the next block they'll mine here: https://www.viabtc.com/pool/state/ . Viabtc don't accept transactions randomly . They have their own criteria . I will be quoting it here

With the Transaction Accelerator for delayed transactions, you can submit any TXID that includes a minimum fee of 0.0001BTC/KB.

Why does it say “Transaction does not exist”?
In the following cases, you may be told that your transaction does not exist:
1) Too low fee: We only provide accelerator services for those with at least 0.0001BTC/KB transaction fees;
2) Node reboot: When a Bitcoin node is rebooted, synchronization of transaction data may be delayed. You can try again later;
3) Previous transaction unconfirmed. Your transaction can’t be confirmed if previous transactions connecting to yours are unconfirmed. You’ll need to wait till all previous transactions are confirmed first. You can also use our accelerator to help with that.
We can’t accelerate confirmation of “Double spent” transactions either.

All of this can be found on their site and although it is not explicitly said, I found out that they don't accept transactions with dust outputs .
