I felt like giving away some BTC, so I thought why not make people gamble for it? So here is a quick lottery:
Tickets cost 0.001BTC each. Each ticket offers a 1/16 chance to win 0.017BTC (17*(1/16) + (-1)*(15/16) = 12.5% negative house edge). The prize will be drawn through the last character of a block (TBD) in the Bitcoin Blockchain.
Please reserve the characters that you want (up to 4 per person, no alts please), and once the raffle is filled up, I will give you an address to pay to. You will have 24 hours to pay, or else you may lose your spots.

Pretty sure you are misunderstanding. You have to pick from the characters I listed, as g, I, r and l will never be at the end of a block. |

I know I'm only giving away 1mBTC. I thought that was obvious  I'll pick a block with at least 2 hours notice once the raffle fills up, want sure how long it would take. |
