Sorry for late reply, so none of the other incubators have such a huge community as Waves.

There are several projects that are currently getting funded with ICO right now and that will have an incubator :
-Adel 30% fee
-Fundyourselfnow 20 to 5%
-starbase ICO adjustable fee


Then there are these :

Waves is the only incubator out of the 4 that works right now but there will be more in the future.
Also Waves incubator due to waves community is the "most prestigious".

Due to the large number of projects involved, the community has asked us to extend voting until the end of the month. Voting will continue until the end of 30 June, after which time the results will be collated and winners announced.

Voting for the best project in the ICOHUB startup contest is conducted in #contest_voting Slack Channel. To cast your vote, click "Submit Response", the chat-bot will generate a link for you (it will appear in the message stream). Go to the link and specify the name or number and name of the project you like. Click "Add" and your vote will be accepted. Winner(s) (up to 3) will be selected based on the votes after voting ends.

this is really a good step in the right direction, I wish other blockchain/cryto giants will borrow some leaf from Waves and launch startups.
