Where is the best place to buy Bitcoins for cheap?

I buy and sell bitcoins everyday in bulk and wanted to know if their were other places that are cheaper than LB that I can buy bitcoins? Thanks in advance.

there's no such thing as cheap. the next best thing is buying at the market rate. to do that you need an exchange account. i'm sure most localbitcoins sellers do nothing more than buy on an exchange and resell on localbitcoins. there's usually enough of a premium to make it profitable.

You will not get bitcoins at the price which is lower than the market price,and if you get bitcoins through app then the price of bitcoins is even more than the international market.

Since bitcoin is valuable and it has a standard price in coinmarketcap, I don't see any sites that offers cheper bitcoin. Maybe there is just a little difference for every exchangers but not that much.

but they are scammers and will deliver you nothing

You can probably negotiate something with somebody, specifically if you are willing to buy in person as to avoid getting scammed. However this will probably go only for buying lots of BTC, and I doubt there will be a huge discount with BTC now at $2000.

That's too risky to do for someone whose new to cryptocurrencies and don't know the basics. It's better to buy in the exchanges or by using escrow services, especially when the price is too high.

Good note from @European Central Bank. You are looking not for "cheap bitcoins", rather you just want to buy them at the market rate. This rate you'll find only at high volume BTC exchanges.

Never try localbitcoin. It's full of frauders and scammers, plus expensive. You can try Poloniex and Huobi if possible.
