um, you really should use the escrow of this forum if you want to sell here.

otherwise you're just setting up a line for you to scam someone.

Does this forum or any of its users utilize multi-signature transactions to ensure the escrow agent can't steal the funds?

Bitrated.com does and is the most popular multi-sig escrow platform out there.

So please stop polluting my thread.

stop polluting our forum...and yes, there's probably someone here that could do that.

but it will cost you money...which you'll cry about...

and remind me again why we should give you money if you won't accept our escrow services?

but that's besides the point, you're promoting competition to a service that we offer here on the forum which goes against any logical terms you would have agreed to when you made your account.

so just go already...

This may be the dumbest thing I've read in a long time.

and yes, there's probably someone here that could do that.
Then prove it.

Because the entire reason Bitcoin was created was to eliminate the need to trust a middleman with control of the money.  Multisig transactions make it possible to do escrow without giving someone else control of the money and prevents collusion between the escrow agent and counterparty.

You can learn about it here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Multisignature

bitcointalk has no escrow system. Only a reputation system, and there are forum users that privately offer escrow services.

You act as if you think you have some ownership of the bitcointalk forum, and that you can coerce people to use the escrow services provided by a few of the forum users.

Please, you first.

You don't have the standing to educate me on the "entire reason" bitcoin was created.

And I don't care about your opinions or thoughts on these matters, if you aren't willing to use one of our trusted escrows or establish a trust ranking through purchases then you should take your business elsewhere.

why?

You made the claim.  Back it up with evidence or GTFO.

The standing?  It's obvious you have no idea what multisig is or how it works.

Here's what the real problem is: you've got a superiority complex because my account is labeled with the word "Newbie", and you think you can bully users like me who have fewer silly icons next to their handle.

Not gonna happen.  So for the 3rd and final time, please stop polluting my thread.

i'm inclined to side with the man in the dress

however illogical that may sound to you

escrow and trust are there for a reason

Please provide photos with your username and date on a piece of paper in the photos to make sure you do indeed have these items for sale. If not you will have not followed the rules of the fourm and your listing will be removed.

No problem.  I've added a new photo to each item's gallery on imgur with date + username.

If not you will have not followed the rules of the fourm and your listing will be removed.

Now it's your turn.  Please provide a link to this forum rule (in other words, back up your claim with evidence).

Not until you prove you haven't sucked any dicks today...If you can't...well that would make you both a scammer and a dick sucker by lack of contradicting proof.

This forum used to be decent.  Then a few years ago it was overrun by scammers, liars (ie. @wikkidtt), and people who do not truly understand what Bitcoin is about (i.e. @isoneguy).

I'm just sayin' ...I can play like that too.

I try to be nice but it's a really short walk to not very nice for me.

Also you're a noob account so clearly you know what things were like back in the day.

On the other hand, I might be interested in some of your gear if you'd take escrow with one of our trusted users...

If it takes using a forum escrow agent and being called a dick sucker to get some stuff sold, so be it.

Contact me with what you're interested in, your zip, and we'll get the ball rolling.

GPU #6 sold to me, it is already shipped, waiting for it to get here.

The transaction was made via Bitrated with a trust agent (escrow).

Will keep you updated.
