Payment:
25% (25,000 MCO tokens) of Total Bounty Pool Will be Paid for Signature Campaign Participants.
 
Payment will be based on weekly stakes:
 
Newbie: 5 Stakes/Week
Jr Member and Member: 10 Stakes/Weeks
Full Member: 30 Stakes/Week
Sr Member: 50 Stakes/Week
Hero and Legendary: 80 Stakes/Week
Full Member and Up can Get 5 Additional Stakes Every week for Adding Avatar and Personal Text.
  
Rules, Terms Conditions:
1: Keep the signature till the end of Campaign, removing signature in middle of campaign will make you disqualified.
2: You must do a total of 50 Posts during the period of campaign.
3: Posts must be constructive and On-topic. Spaming, low quality posts,  copy paste and off topic posts will not be counted,
4: Eligible posts must be 75 Character Long. shorter than 75 Character will not be counted.
5: Payment will be done Once, At the End of ICO.
6: keep your signature till spreadsheet updated with your final post count (allow at least one week to count posts) removing signature before post count will simply disqualify you.
3: Newbies are not allowed to Join.
 

I've joined the signature campaign, but I have a quick question regarding the rules... For number of stakes, it says Newbies get 5 stakes/week, but then rule 7 (which is numbered rule 3 for some reason) specifies that newbies are not allowed to join. These two statements seem mutually exclusive, so which one is to be taken as correct? Are newbies allowed to join and get 5 shares per week, or are newbies not allowed to join and are therefore entitled to 0 shares per week?

You really have wrong thoughts, it's just a little confusion from the manager, it does not affect the rules of the campaign, it's not mutually exclusive, any campaign There are similar rules, no one allows new members to participate in their campaigns, because new members often do not have quality articles to advertise.

Pardon me? Is this logical? 

I don't know WHO is the dev but this should be fixed.

1-) Newbies cannot participant, they will be all fake accounts.
2-) If JR gets 1 unit of bounty, Hero gets 16 units of bounty, which is totally fallacy.
3-) If Member gets 2 unit of bounty, Hero gets 16 units of bounty which is another fallacy.
4-) The stake of Hero, Legendary and Sr should be decreased or the stake of JR and Member should be increased. Both Works!

Please pay attention. Look other signature campaigns. Nothing like this situation exists normally.
