Viabtc has an hourly limit of 100 TX's . Just like what it said you should try again later . Every 30mins/hour is recommended . You can view their block records here: https://www.viabtc.com/pool/state/
The problem is some of them are spending outputs from another unconfirmed transaction and viabtc doesn't accept transaction which has a previous unconfirmed transaction so you need to wait until all previous transactions are confirmed first . You can use viabtc to confirm those previous transactions .

I saw a transaction which contains dust outputs unfortunately viabtc doesn't accept this . What you can do about this is to ask a miner to help (Quickseller. macbook-air) to confirm this or just wait for a couple of days and the network will eventally forgot it .

The network was beginning to forget about it, so I rebroadcasted it for you.

However, the free viabtc won't accept transactions like that which contain dust. You will either have to pay a miner to get it confirmed, or hope it confirms by itself.

I faced a similar issue a few days back transaction not getting confirmed due to low fee but user "QuickSeller" got my transaction confirmed in minutes when I sent him 0.0001 BTC. He has access to some pool . PM him.

They can get F2Pool to confirm your transaction, so when it mines another block your transaction will probably get confirmed. You can see the times it mined its latest blocks here.

Blockcypher's explorer shows your transaction has a low chance of confirming by itself. If you want to be sure it gets confirmed then pay one of the miners.
