Ok, so im getting a little enthusiastic about this whole mining thing, haven't made anything off of it, but its fun.. So now im getting a little bored of my 5770's 221MH/s and want to go for quad 6990's. (all in or go home lol)
So ive found several vendors in Indonesia listed on google shopping selling these cards (or at least claiming to) very cheap, almost too cheap..

anyone bought cards from Indonesia? My scam alarm is ringing defcon 1. but its... so.... cheap....  and just maybe its not a scam.. lol
is it even possible to buy a 6990 for $418.00usd? or am i smoking too much of BC's chief agricultural export...

advise?

I wouldn't... Not worth the risk.  Just wait for 5830's to come back in stock at NewEgg.com.  They usually restock every other day or so.

I think you're going to get maybe 6.99 shipments of ati mobility 1000 cards.
