I'm looking for web-programmer(s) to help build a Bitcoin skill gaming website.

You will be responsible for coding and the overall design of the website.

I will help design the website functionality, supply the games to be played and host and actually run the website.

You earn a certain percentage of the proceeds from the website (after deducting hosting costs) as agreed upon beforehand.

The games will intially be two-player abstract "boardgames" (Nymbat). Later on possibly other types of games, such as simple video games.

For more details on this project read this thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=185208.msg1924318#msg1924318

PM me or reply to this thread, if you are interested.

Depends upon the number of programmers taking up the work load. If one programmer is willing to do the above work I mentioned we would split it 50/50. For a team of two programmers we would split it 25/25/50(me).

What work would you do to earn the 50%? -No offence ment.
I am also interested fyi. Currently got www.xeddit.tk up for testing reasons. It's a mostly modular PHP fantasy game. Still lacks a couple of important features though.

So you have the idea, we do all the work, and you get half the company?   No thanks.  Ideas are worth 10-20% at most.

I will help design (e.g. user-flow, database) and test the entire system, I will make (or have made) the games to be played, and I will be running the website (handling the customers, payouts, balancing, checking for AIs, etc.). The goal is that the amount of work should be about even. Most of my work will come though once the site is running, while your work is mostly beforehand.

Creating a well-balanced, interesting, and AI-resistant game to be played, is already a signficant amount of work (it needs to playtested, etc.). This is what we will be making for starters:

Then royalties is probably a bad way to pay someone. You're pretty much saying "if this fails I wont lose much, but you will, and we get the same amount of money".

If that is a worry, then we can negotiate a minimum fixed fee that is paid regardless of success (but will be deducted from the royalties paid).
