Where can I pay with bitcoins now?

I think http://bitcoin.directory/ is the only site in my opinion where we can find all the websites and shop's details where BTC is accepted. By seeing the price of BTC, its not still time to pay through BTC as most of us have less. Holding them will make a better price in the future and can be bought for much greater things. Use fiat now for all the purchases.

Yes, I am trying to hold as many bitcoins as possible but my monthly wages make me sell those for my local currency. Till now I have not gone through online sites where bitcoin are accepted for buying goods. I can find only few store who are accepting bitcoin.

If you are living in the Philippines you can also use the service of Coins.ph.  They accept bitcoin to load your mobile credit, pay your bills so you won't need to line up just to pay over the counter and they can even integrate your business with bitcoin processor.  That is if you want to be one of their merchants and accept bitcoin using their gateway.

I notice there are more and more places online and even local online shops that have offline stores or just really big market are starting to accept more and more Bitcoin as payment options. It's great to see it when it happens locally and effects you personally. Let's hope it just keeps getting better and better.

I guess most of the merchants who are accepting bitcoin whether it is online or offline are from the US and European Countries and now japan is expected to become one of them, hopefully there will be many merchants from Asia that will starting to accept bitcoin especially here in philippines

You can try cryfter.com . They accept ALT(LTC and Doge maybe) coins as far as i remember. They do have different kind of digital goods. Bought a lot of gift cards and play store cards from them. Was easy and painless.
Or you can offer some trusted user to buy you your goods and pay them in ALT.

Actually at first It comes to my mind if where can I spend my bitcoin, so I can use it directly not cashing it out to spend, so I just made it like this, convert bitcoin to fiat to spend directly, like putting to card, and so how I spend it. Most of the countries of the world including mine, does not have much options to spend the bitcoins directly.

There was a post about 2 weeks ago with an extensive list of
online shops where we can spend bitcoin.

I know of ETSY.com but it depends on each merchant there to
manually set his shop to accept Bitcoin.

Also Overstock.com accept Bitcoin but I have not purchased from them.

I know that we can pay with btc in Amazon, Tesla Motors, Kmart and Zappos. and I also see this list (https://99bitcoins.com/who-accepts-bitcoins-payment-companies-stores-take-bitcoins/). But it seems to me that much more shops and companies support btc payments.

Bitcoins is Spreaded all over the e-commerce business and internet,don't know how much list can i comment here, in think you need to do proper keyword research on it whether you are allowed to exchange bitcoins for currency or whether you are allowed to pay in bitcoins and whether is there any taxes or premium involve in transaction, you can easily google it and find the top places where you can use bitcoins for necessity things.

  Amazon are offering Vouchers and Coupons on Bitcions, i didn't get to know whether they offer Bitcoin as payment or not .By the way thanks for sharing the links here, it will easy for me and other to book mark and use it for future purposes.

Depend on the user's country, my friend has been working in Japan and the payment system over there has been accepting bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. They can use it at mini market even to pay a cup of coffee. Maybe you have the point of view such this due to your  country still ban bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to be use as payment system, but for those countries who accept it I'm sure there will be many merchant who use it.
