Depends. If you can code it your self an IOS Developer account costs: $99 per year (?)

An Android Google Play Developer account costs:
$25 once.

If you can't code it your self you have to ask the developers or giveus more information about the app

cost depends on app. because some apps has lot features. and works more fast compare to other apps. so like that apps cost more high like $200000 also this some apps cost. and some apps cost very low they had fast respond feature but cost very low like $1000. generally apps cost depends on performance, speed respond, and working fast.

cost completely depends on app. because some apps may work fast speed and give fast out put.

it will work for less MB or GB. so app cost based on their performance.

generally android app cost  $1000 is this. and ios app cost $25000 may be.

You will work with third parties, and the developer gives you a paper showing the possible cost. He indicated the possible time to work on and they calculate it by multiplying the unit cost of the work.

The cost depends on the amount of man hours necessary to bring the app to production. This again is determined by the complexity of the codebase and the feature set of the app.

It depends on the size and complexity of the project. If you want to hire Pajeet from Upwork, it can cost under  $20 per hour but the quality may not be on par with a $100+/hour developer.

On average it takes 2-3 month to make decent app with server-side. Depending of the location of your developer, it can cost you from $1000 to probably $6000 tops, so app cost most likely to be in the range $2000 to $18000. After that, apps can be complex, they can require support and extra development, all of this can significantly increase overall spendings.
