Since he the person you are finding is Filipino might better if you move this thread on philippine section so that our fellow country men can trace out his location.

And you have some certain clue about him since his address has been posted on his timeline maybe you should contact those nearest person around him and also in the school where his studying.

Why don't you tried to add them as fb friend and ask them so you can find it out. Its obvious that they are Filipino nationality and let me make a guess that they are this admins such as fb groups that find some investors to pay like your 0.001 will become 0.0015 for such couple of hour/s? Or what you so called "online paluwagan" which is also a ponzi schemes. Am I right?

I do not think you can trace those people unless someone will privately invistigate them. How much is your budget?

This is hopeless and its really hard to find the true identity of its real users because seeing on the accounts given those are just dummy accounts and one might have real pictures posted but we wont know if they use other identity to fool others so this means we cant easily catch it unless if you do know their log.in ip addreses which only facebook has access on it and knowing its not simple to request it and it would takes time and money to get such informations.

Yes, the real owner selling the steam wallet codes but the fake profile is buying codes and trying to scam people the reason why i want to know who really is to make other members of our groups be aware in that person.

If they are scammers they must be using a fake facebook account. In order to trace them you can lure them by giving sites with analytics and ip logging scripts to trace their location based from their IP. The hard part is by sending them money by asking their bank account.
